All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is deemed defective by Lolette’s Hair Bar.

Defective, Open, or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, open, or damaged product, you must return it within 15 calendar days of purchase in its original, unused condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. Once received and inspected, an exchange may be issued. Used or altered items are not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging with all labels and seals attached.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

• Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
• If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays or non-receipt. The customer must resolve this with the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Discretion

Lolette’s Hair Bar reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges, even if a receipt is provided or if a customer is dissatisfied. All returns are subject to a verification process and applicable state laws. Final decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the company owner.
